This year the book fair was a little different. Instead of being able to buy books on campus, they were purchased online. We are so thankful for Mrs. Bateman–she was in charge of organizing everything. Mr. Salmeron, Mr. Rudd, and Mr. Alford also helped to advertise the book fair, and Mrs. Young posted information on Facebook. When asked how she felt about the book fair, Mrs. Bateman said that she was encouraged by the wonderful students who ordered books online. We asked her if she missed having the books on campus; most of all she missed seeing the students look through the actual books. Thank you to everyone who bought books ( a total of 375! ) and helped to make the book fair a success! Our library will be adding 15 new books to its shelves!
