Secondary

Since beginning a fully staffed Middle School program in 1997, Central Baptist has seen monumental growth. From three classrooms in the upstairs of the Elementary building to its current home in a fully equipped Secondary building, CBCS students continue to be trained as Champions for Christ in all aspects of life. Commitment to a Biblical worldview as well as academically rigorous materials has insured that all students in 6th through 12th grades receive a college prep education without compromising on Christ-centered instruction. Our library houses more than 7000 pieces of media. Our state-of- the-art computer lab allows students to use technology in all academic disciplines. Students at the Middle School level have the option of honors-level classes, which allow advanced students the opportunity to be challenged. All classes at the High School level are taught at the honors level, allowing CBCS students to enhance their overall GPA and have college prep instruction. Eligible High School students also have the opportunity to participate in National Honor Society. All teachers are certified through the state of Florida or through ACTS. CBCS holds accreditations with the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools (ACTS) and with the National Council of Private School Accreditation (NCPSA)
