LEADERSHIP TRACKS
Developing Tomorrow's Leaders Today
At CBCS, leadership isn't just taught in a classroom—it is forged through real-world experience. Our premier co-curricular tracks equip secondary students with unparalleled discipline, vocational skill, and a heart for community service.
National FFA Organization Track
Woven directly into our agricultural education curriculum, our FFA program prepares students for leadership, personal growth, and diverse career success in the global science, business, and technology sectors.
Intracurricular Learning: Merges rigorous classroom agricultural science with mandatory, hands-on Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAE).
Competitive Excellence: Opportunities to compete in statewide Career Development Events (CDEs) like Veterinary Science and Agriculture Public Speaking.
Practical Leadership: Active involvement in regional youth fairs, livestock/horticulture curation, and the annual Florida FFA State Convention.
Civil Air Patrol Cadet Program
Serving as the official civilian auxiliary of the United States Air Force, our Civil Air Patrol (CAP) squadron transitions youth into dynamic aerospace leaders through a structured, military-style cadet program.
The Four Core Pillars: Built on rigorous leadership training, physical fitness, character development, and aerospace/cyber education.
Flight & STEM Horizons: Access to official STEM kits, flight simulators, and actual orientation flights in military-supported general aviation aircraft.
Emergency Services: Opportunities for older cadets to train in official search and rescue, disaster relief imagery, and homeland security support communications.
