Partnering for Community, Enrichment, and Excellence

Introducing the CBCS Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF)—a collaborative initiative dedicated to bridging communication, cultivating a culture of belonging, supporting our elite faculty, and enriching the student experience.

Bridging the Gap

Facilitating transparent, regular dialogue between our school administration and families through monthly newsletters, divisional liaison channels, and quarterly updates.

Cultivating Culture

Building a culture of belonging through social fellowship events, campus festivals, and monthly parent coffee & prayer mornings.

Enhancing the Student Experience

Raising funds to secure resources for campus upgrades outside the standard operating budget, including playground improvements, STEM tools, and athletic facility enhancements.

Blessing Our Educators

Investing in teacher happiness, retention, and classroom success through monthly staff appreciation breakfasts, classroom supply grants, and facility upgrades.

Phase 1 (Year 1 Launch)

Establishing our founding Executive Board, setting up bylaws, and launching 4 Division Liaisons (Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School).

Phase 2 (Year 2 Integration)

Scaling up to assign dedicated Parent Liaisons for every individual grade level (K3 through 12th) and activating active sports and event committees.

Guaranteed Continuity

To ensure a stable foundation, our Founding Board of Parent Leaders will serve an appointed 2-year term. This allows us to establish consistent, recurring fundraising programs and perfect our grade-liaison structures without leadership disruption. Our Assistant Principal, Mr. Hawkins, serves as our official Faculty Liaison to ensure absolute alignment with school administration.
